How do I pay at a New American Vending machine?
Our modern machines accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), mobile wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay), and exact cash or standard coins at select legacy locations. Look for the contactless symbol on the payment terminal.
Is my payment data secure?
Yes. We employ end-to-end encryption on all card readers. We do not store your full credit card number or personal details locally on the machine or in our primary databases. The transaction is tokenized immediately by our industrial banking partners.
How do I request a refund for a transaction?
Most of our machines utilize Drop-Sensor technology. If the item does not break the laser beam upon falling, the machine will automatically reverse the charge within 24-48 hours. If you still see a finalized charge after 3 business days, please use the "Refund Request" form above with the Machine ID.
